If you bought tickets through the eFinity application or website, the refund is automatically initiated. In the case of online purchases, the money is returned to the account from which it was taken when purchasing tickets. You can expect a refund within 15 working days.

If you bought the tickets at the point of sale, the refund can only be made at the same point of sale.

It is necessary to attach the ticket as well as the fiscal invoice.
