The Belgrade Youth Center will continue its program called "Rock and Roll School" in 2025, as part of which it organizes a concert of talented young local bands once a month. High school and high school students get the opportunity to present their original work and musical skills for the first time in the iconic DOB Club, a place where generations of local rockers grew up. We are sure that among today's teenagers there are equally great new names. That's why we give a chance to the youngest actors on our music scene, those who represent its future.<п> <п>The "Rock and Roll School" program is implemented in cooperation with the Youth Center and BG Invasion, a city competition for high school bands organized by the Association of Music Teachers of Serbia.<п> <п>Concerts are held once a month, on Sundays from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. At each concert, two bands consisting of high school and middle school students from Belgrade and Serbia will perform.<п> <п>Come and meet the future of music before it happens!<п> <п>At the fourth "Rock and Roll School" in 2025, we present some of the best young vocal soloists from Serbia: Pavla Rakić (Požarevac), Vida Despot (Belgrade) and Una Dimitrijević (Niš). These three young musicians, through a wide range of genres from rock to pop to jazz, show their incredible talent, vocal abilities and stage performance, which surpass even the already established experienced professionals.<п> <п>Tickets priced at 300 dinars are on sale through the eFinity network and online.<п> <п>Pavla Rakić<п> <п>There are songs that never die, and which are eternally young. They contain looks that lasted longer than a moment and silences that spoke more words, These are songs that are not performed - but experienced.<п> <п>I am Pavla, I sang before I knew how to speak. Even as a child, I chased after the stage, the lights and the microphone - not for the attention, but for something indescribable that happens when I stand in front of the audience and sing. My goal has never been to be a flawless singer, but to convey what I feel at every performance, to tell the story I live through every song. Because when I sing – I say what I cannot say. I go to a secondary music school in Požarevac where I study violin and solo singing. I have performed at numerous events, including the Big Stage on the Republic Square as part of Family Day and at the Belgrade Winter. I am a soloist in several choirs in Požarevac and Belgrade.<п> <п>Pavla Rakić, photo Jelena Rakić<п> <п>Vida Despot<п> <п>I am in my fourth year at the First Belgrade Gymnasium and my second year of jazz singing at the “Stanković” Primary School. Music is my life – I have been singing since I was a child and through numerous competitions, I have always returned with first places! I have had the opportunity to perform at prestigious venues such as Trg Republike, MTS Hall, Dom omladine Beograd, as well as at many festivals.<п> <п>Music fulfills me in all its forms – be it singing, playing the piano or producing. My biggest dream since I was a little girl, with big dreams, was to become a singer. Although jazz holds a special place in my heart, I enjoy singing all genres. Music is my driving force and inspiration, and every performance is an opportunity to share my passion with others. Through everything I do, I strive to continue to grow as an artist, not only as a singer, but also as a person who wants to contribute to the world of music in my own unique way. I believe that my passion, dedication and love for music will help me achieve my dreams and leave my mark on the music scene.<п> <п>Vida Despot, photo by Nidia Moya<п> <п>Una Dimitrijević<п> <п>I was born on September 20, 2005 in Niš.
